The Ordinary of the Diocese of Kasese, Rt. Rev. Francis Aquirinus Kibira Kambale has re-emphasized his earlier call on parents and guardians for guided parenting that would interest children in education against ignorance and poverty.

Bishop Kibira attributed the increased failed marriages and academic challenges among the young people to failure by parents to fulfil their obligations that are pledged before the Altar during the baptism of their children.
